as possible, quite literally.
What you can expect
Security
Feeling secure goes hand in hand with feeling at home. Our residences are fitted with secure swipe card entry and CCTV monitoring in communal and external areas. Plus, you can rest easy knowing that in all of our buildings there's always someone available around the clock to help.
Wifi
We provide super-fast 20Mb Hyperoptic fibre broadband as standard across all our buildings, with the option to top up to a blistering 1Gb. In layman's terms that means movie downloads in a matter of minutes (not hours) and seconds (not minutes) if you opt for the 1Gb package.
Laundry
At Urban Study our intelligent laundry facilities are monitored via app, meaning that you can check when a machine is free, how long your washing cycle has left and when it's finished.
On Site Maintenance
Should any issues arise, our 24h maintenance call out service will take care of it right away. Even if it's not something that requires immediate attention, just let the concierge know next time you walk through reception and we'll get it fixed. You can also log minor faults online via the Resident Portal.
24/7 Assistance
All of our residences operate a day-time concierge, manned from 9am-5pm. As well as generally keeping an eye on things and signing visitors in and out, they'll be happy to sign for any deliveries that might arrive for you. Out of hours, we employ live-in Student Ambassadors who are on call around the clock should you need assistance.
Gym
Healthy body, healthy mind - it's an old adage, but a good one and the reason why you'll find nearly all of our residences have 24hour gyms. So, not only can you keep those endorphins pumping, but save on a gym membership too.
Cinema
Movie nights? Sometimes there's nothing better than to kick back in front of the big screen and veg out to your favourite film. Most Urban Study residences feature a cinema room also kitted out for gaming and bookable for private hire/communal viewings. You just need to provide the popcorn (and the games).
Private Dining Rooms
Our latest residences feature communal kitchens and private dining rooms, perfect for hosting get-togethers, dinner parties and special events. Of course, each Urban Study room features its own compact kitchen, but if you need more space to whip up your culinary creations, you've got it.

Resident Portal（住户门户）
Resident Portal是你寻找所有当地相关资讯的去处。查看该公寓的社交活动表、该区域的资讯，或者关于楼宇设施的任何最新状况。基本上所有关于Urban Study的事宜都可在上面找到。此外，你还可使用此门户上报任何你希望维修团队处理的故障。
学习空间
如果你想从图书馆出来换个环境，可前往我们的学习空间，所有学习区域皆备有充足的桌面空间以及1千兆/秒的极速无线网络。不但如此，你的房间内也配有工作空间，即便凌晨3点灵感或动力泉涌而至你也不会措手不及。
打扫服务
你的房租包括房间每周进行清洁的费用，但你也可依照你的喜好选择打扫的频率，请在预订房间时查看额外的打扫服务选项。如有需要，你亦可选用临时或按需打扫服务（需缴纳一点费用），只需告知管理员，他会很乐意为你安排。
全天候管理员服务
我们几乎所有的公寓均配有日间管理员服务。除了照看公寓和进行楼宇访客的进出登记以外，他们也乐意为你签收包裹。你会发现他们知识丰富，总能在你需要任何当地资讯时伸出援手。
洗衣房
洗衣服。唉，从来不是充满诱惑的差事，但也无需成为苦差一件。Urban Study的智能洗衣设施可通过应用程序控制，也就是说你可检测机器何时可用，还需要洗多长时间，以及衣服何时就绪。你便可有更多时间烘干明天的衣服，或干脆与朋友闲聊闲逛。
安全
安全感和宾至如归的感受密不可分。我们的公寓在公用和外部区域设有需使用密匙卡进入的门控入口，并且使用监控录像进行监控。此外，我们还有24小时值班的管理员为你提供帮助，你完全可以高枕无忧。
无线网络
英国最快的家用宽带网络？确实是。网络服务是所有房间的标准配置。更具体地说，那是Hyperoptic的1千兆/秒FTTB（光纤到楼）网络（而且这一网络也覆盖所有公用区域）。
现场维修
如出现任何问题，我们的24小时维修服务可马上进行处理。就算是无需立刻采取行动的问题，你也可在下次经过前台时告知管理员，剩下的就交给我们吧。你亦可通过Resident Portal（住户门户）在网上上报微小故障。
Bicycle Stores
We're very cycle friendly here at Urban Study which is why all of our residences feature secure, internal cycle stores for your two-wheeled transportation.
Games Area
All work and no play? Then step to our games area to let off some steam. Table tennis, table football (and probably just some regular tables too) this is where you can unleash your competitive self. Resident Ping-Pong league anyone?
Lounge Room
Take a load off and head to our resident lounge rooms to, yes, you've guessed it, lounge. Recline, relax, read and rub shoulders with your fellow housemates. Being sticklers for design at Urban Study we've road-tested the sofas - and the result is comfort with a capital C.
Private Study Areas
Sometimes a change of scenery is needed to get the grey matter going and our private and group study areas will do just the trick. Bright and airy with loads of desk space, super fast WIFI, charging points and sockets, they're the perfect place to get your creative juices flowing. Plus, you'll have a work space in your room too, should motivation hit you at 3:00am. Or any other time.
The Café
Coffee, tea, orange mocha? Whatever your beverage of choice, our cafes are the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy quiet contemplation with a cup (or glass) of something good. You might even grab a bite too.

Car Parking
If you want to bring your car, then off-street secure car parking can be reserved at the majority of our residences – quite a bonus for city-centre living.
