We're aware that for many of our residents moving into an Urban Study apartment building may be the first time they have lived away from home, that's why we do everything in our power to make this transition as seamless as possible.

Furthermore, with our Student Ambassadors and concierge service in every residence, there is always a friendly face to help around the clock no matter what the request.

Urban Study retains 100 per cent ownership of all our residences, meaning rooms are not owned by individual investors. When you book online through Urban Study you'll be redirected to our partners CRM Students to complete the reservation. CRM Students handle and manage all our apartment bookings as well as the maintenance of our buildings.

If your son or daughter has opted to pay for their rent in instalments then to do this they'll need to have a UK Guarantor.
